Had a great experience here with outpatient services. Everyone was so kind, personable, and efficient!!! Parking is simple, everything was very clean, and I was in and out a few minutes earlier than anticipated. I very much appreciated everyone I interacted with.

Bella and Macy were great! Both were very nice and Bella was very accommodating! The ultrasound was double checked right there and then before we even left. Thank you again Bella & Macy!

Tech nurse Sandy was very professional and empathetic. She walked me through the various steps in the procedure right up to when the results would become available. The registration process was streamlined. Patient information was checked multiple times.

LABOR & DELIVERY: I really could not have asked for a better team. This was my second (& last baby) but having to be medically induced had me very scared. Sicily, Chloe, Dr Robertson, Williams, and Tate, + a couple of other nurses whose names i can’t recall… took the best care of me and my baby. Showed the utmost respect for me and my decisions and choices. I left feeling as if i had made new friends. When i had to come back into the ER the day after discharge, Sicily was walking thru the lobby, recognized and checked on me and my newest son. I could go on and on about the team that helped me but i am delusional from newborn delight. Thank you Methodist Medical.

I was in and out quite quickly which is very common for Cheyenne. My tech was Delira and she was training 2 new techs--Sky & Emily. They were doing quite well. They verbally walked through everything as they did it. Delira asked questions during the entire process making sure they understood everything they were doing. It was a nice, efficient, positive training atmosphere.

I went in scared that I was having stroke activity. After the doctor examine me he realized that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. He ran test for stroke activity to insure me that I was in on no danger of a stroke. The doctor and nurse were very helpful and took great care of me to keep me comfortable and informed of what the doctor was doing for me. From the ambulance personnel to my discharge I couldn't have been treated any better. I would like to thank them very much. .

The technician in the MRI, Madison made me feel so comfortable. She could tell I was extremely nervous and she talked me through the whole way, gave me updated on how much longer I had, all around made me feel a lot better about the whole thing. Check in was a breeze and aubrey was nice. Overall good experience.

My mom has been in and out of the hospital since January. She has gotten great care from all of the staff at MMC. The people who work at this hospital are what makes it so special. I hope the administration here appreciates and recognizes them for all they do. My mom has been a patient in the ED, on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. We have been kept well informed and she has gotten excellent care. The CNA’s and nurses are top notch and really care about their patients.Thank goodness for Dr. Drury who decided she should be admitted and Dr. Mariapan who got her care started and ordered the appropriate tests to figure out what was really going on with her. Dr. Singh and his wonderful team who have been working to get her kidney function back to baseline, Dr. Brooks who did her surgery. Also, Dr. Patibandla, who is an amazing, compassionate, physician and has gone above and beyond to make sure she’s getting the appropriate treatment as well as helping us figure out a discharge plan to ensure she continues to get the care she needs after her hospitalization. I usually avoid writing reviews but these folks deserve a proper acknowledgment. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom.
